The legacy of the UK’s prolific Alien Recordings lives on with another classy four track EP.

Andy Panayi, Alec Stone and Rob Collman have been pivotal in shaping electronic music for decades. Their raw aesthetic formed Alien Recordings’ identity in the 90s, releasing timeless music from their several projects A², SKAT and Stopouts.

The humble London collective are behind many influential records from tech-house’s golden era, pushing an infectiously groovy sound perfect for many scenarios.

After connecting with the MASS crew in Leeds shortly before Andy’s passing, this release is a heartfelt tribute presenting four unreleased gems recorded between 1996 and 2010.

The First Second Label family return for 2021 with Housebreaker, the highly anticipated return of ELLLL following her much loved Febreeze EP from 2019. Comes with an ace Slo’ Motion refix from Parris!Haunted, scattered breaks loom over the title track, a modern apocalyptic Hardcore journey where rave sirens puncture the feverous rinse-out tension throughout. The Alantis Dub flips the script, doubling down on the atmosphere while upping the tempo to screw-face the chaos within its experimental D’n’B fever dream. Both tracks showcase ELLLL’s exceptional production chops with its nuanced textural trickery & immersive sound design skills. London’s Parris then rewires the OG, simmering the tempo down low to 110bpm for a sinister nocturnal skank for the night fiends who thrive when entering into first light.

Crisp, freshly distorted & pulsating techno trips; Nous'klaer proudly presents Mary Lake's debut EP Askim. The rising dj/producer from Amsterdam steps up with three brilliant uptempo techno rollers and a blissful ambient excursion as epilogue. Four tracks that perfectly reflect her infectious enthusiasm and energy. On top of that, there is much more to come from Mary this year, both on Nous'klaer and elsewhere. Berlin's cultured Sushitech label is back with another of its superb reissue projects, this time focusing on a small but vital label from the 90s. Silver Pearl was where Los Angeles based producer Eric Spire released a small but steady and superb series of records that took house music into all new realms. He and his peers brought a touch of heaviness and psychedelic energy that paved the way for later developments by artists like Craig Richards & Lee Burridge's Tyrant nights at Fabric. Relive the magic of that time with this new series of carefully curated 12"s featuring high grade club weaponry.
